Dr. Wayne Alan Breer received his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 1984. He subsequently completed his internship in Obstetrics-Gynecology at Naval Hospital, San Diego, CA in 1985 and his residency in Dermatology at Naval Hospital / Department of Dermatology in 1991.

Dr. Breer is Board Certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology.
